Eco-Print Workshops

These workshops utilize eco-printing techniques, an ancient and natural method, allowing children to observe the intricate details of leaves and connect with the beauty and subtleties of nature. The collaborative and interactive nature of the workshop also plays a crucial role in fostering teamwork and group participation among children. Throughout the process of creating an artwork, children are actively engaged, which helps boost their self-confidence and self-belief while also deepening their understanding of nature’s value and beauty.
Interactive birdwatching Workshops

In urban environments, children often miss out on the soothing sounds of nature, like bird songs. Our workshops aim to reconnect them with these auditory experiences, fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Through engaging activities, such as games and puzzles, children will learn to recognize different bird species and develop skills in environmental awareness and curiosity. By immersing them in these experiences, we hope to inspire a lifelong love for nature and enhance their understanding of local biodiversity.
“WE NEED TREES” Projects
Karaj, 2021-2023
In 2021, we collaborated with the “We Need Trees” association to conduct creative workshops for children, based on the “Philosophy for Children” approach developed by Professor Marcy. These workshops aimed to familiarize children with nature, with a focus on trees and their value and importance. The “We Need Trees” association was founded in 2014 in Geneva, Switzerland, with the goal of promoting love and respect for nature and emphasizing the importance of a healthy and sustainable environment
“WE NEED TREES” Projects
Sistan and Baluchestan province, 2021
In winter 2021, as facilitators from the “We Need Trees” association conducted a month-long residency in a village on the eastern edge of the Lut Desert in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Our workshop aimed to highlight the ecological values of the region and raise awareness about the traditional “bandsar,” a dam-like structure designed to capture and store rainwater .We engaged the local community in discussions about the importance of the bandsar for water conservation and the critical roles that water, soil, and plants play in sustaining ecosystems. Our goal was to foster a deeper understanding of ecosystem care and its impact on human life, encouraging sustainable resource management and environmental responsibility.
